Benefits of Formulating a Business Case

Business leaders everywhere are faced with certain common objectives, such as the following:

How do I increase revenue?

How do I strengthen customer loyalty and retention?

How do I reduce time to competency? How do I increase organizational agility?

How do I increase the efficiency and effectiveness of current operations?

How do I differentiate from my competitors?

Internet learning serves as a tool to improve productivity by strengthening an organization''s ability to execute. E-learning offers organizations the productivity advantage by not just improving training, but also communication and accountability within an organization. So how can a learning effort have such a far-reaching impact within the organization?

E-training, on the other hand, refers to training delivered through electronic media. Finally, e-assessment refers to the evaluation (through exams, tests, quizzes, and certifications) of content understanding and retention. The following sections review each of the three components in more detail.
