About the Author
Mitch Tulloch is the author of over a dozen computer books, including

encyclopedias for Microsoft Press (the Microsoft
Encyclopedia of Networking, currently in its second
edition, and the Microsoft Encyclopedia of
Security), and a string of titles for system
administrators from Osborne/McGraw-Hill. Mitch has also written
