56.Finally (primarily), I must thank God and my family for all their support. Writing this book was a huge task that consumed the overwhelming majority of my time and attention. Even when I wasn't writing, I was thinking about content, solutions, and upcoming deadlines. Although I've made every effort to keep Barb and Josh in my sights, I'm sure that my attention has slipped over the past few weeks.
