As steps go, this deployment is a fairly crucial one. Designing the perfect page for Contribute users is of little value if there are no Contribute users to work with it.There is little chance that you'll be in complete control of rolling out Contribute to your company's user base. More likely is that if your organization is above a certain size, it will include an information technology (IT) department charged with handling these chores. However, the chances of your being directly involved in the rollouteven if your job responsibilities are as Web designerare very good. Your knowledge of the site, individual pages, and even the Web page's component partsincluding Cascading Style Sheet (CSS) styles, images, server-side includes (SSIs), library items, and Macromedia Flash movies need to be conveyed to the user throughout the process.Contribute is capable of automatically generating an email message, complete with attached connection key, when you assign a group of users to a specific role.
