Luis Felipe Cabrera is an architect with the Microsoft Distributed Systems team. He is the coauthor of several WS-* specifications, including WS-Coordination, WS-AtomicTransactions, WS-Business Activity, WS-Eventing, WS-Enumeration, and WS-Transfer. Felipe holds a Ph.D. from the University of California, Berkeley. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and a coinventor of 32 issued patents.
