knowing about allah the creator of the universe
in the name of allah the beneficent the merciful
a beautiful new born baby
zahra has just become the sister of a new born brother and his name is majid. zahra is very happy and she loves the new born child. zahra stands near the cradle of majid and keeps looking at him. she asks her mother, "mother when majid will become big enough to play with me? i love my brother very much". zahra's mother says, " wait until majid grows up. he will grow up by the will of allah slowly".
majid woke up and started crying. zahra became upset and asked her mother why majid cried and her mother said that perhaps he is hungry.
zahra quickly found a piece of peppermint for majid but her mother stopped her from placing it in majid's mouth saying, "it is dangerous for him because he is not yet able to eat such big things because he does not have any tooth". zahra asked her mother, "what is then majid's food?" her mother said, " his food is milk and it gives him all the food he needs". zahra's mother picked up the baby and started to breast feed him and majid began to have milk from his mother's breast. zahra thought for a minute and then asked, "mother did you have milk all the time?" her mother said, "no, only when majid was born i started to have milk because some of the food i take changes to milk for majid. zahra said, " mother, why did you not have any milk before majid was born". she said, " changing of some food i take into milk is not in my hands. it is all the work of allah who after giving life to majid has thought about his food also. allah makes some of the food i take to change to milk for majid". the milk is so good that it has all the food ingredients that majid's body needs to grow safely".
zahra said, "mother, it is true. allah is very kind and allknowing. without milk the baby would not have any food proper and safe for him".
zahra's mother sad, "it is true. allah gives life to the children and gives them proper food through their mother's milk which has all the nutriments that the body of the child needs. only allah knows how to help the baby grow. allah placed love for the baby in the hearts of mothers so that they would look after the baby carefully and keep the baby safe from dangers.
allah has given the baby the ability to cry for food or help.
the small animals also grow up in almost the same way as human beings. they grow up for sometimes on milk. the animals also love their young and protect the new born from dangers. you can visit a farm and see how small animals grow. you can also find out how much the mothers of the young animals, like a chicken, a goat or a cow love their young and new born baby.
