Pre-Site Survey Forms

The first form was provided by a professional site survey company, NeTeam Corporation. Some readers may be surprised by a few items in this document, but in many cases items such as drug testing or insurance certificates can delay any work to be performed until these items are completed.

This particular pre-site survey report is just one example (this one is for an 802.11b survey). Most survey engineers will add many other items that they find useful to performing the needed tasks.

The second pre-site survey form, from Ohio Wireless, is a bit more detailed. A combination of the two samples, along with some additions and deletions to suit the desires of the survey engineering team, can create a very useful tool.
