Site is a hospital environment with multiple floors (3)All areas of the hospital require 11-megabit data-rates.Symbol Technologies Frequency Hopping and 2.4-GHz access points are deployed in the ER and ICU areas.The deployment must be aesthetically pleasing if installed in areas visible by the public. Any antennas that are visible must have approval from the IT staff before being selected for use.Construction of the building is typical brick, steel stud drywall walls, and steel pan re-enforced concrete floors. |
