The subject of this article points a method for the finding the
basics of World human Rights in the whole of human rights in the 20th
century. But other civilizations, including Islamic civilization in general and
Islamic rights in particular. If we consider human rights from the Mo'tazeli
(schismatic) Viewpoint which is based on rational decency and indecency, it is
clear that no serious difference of views concerning the basic philosophy of
rights exists between the accepted manner of Western thinking and the order and
consequences of the ideas of rational decency and indecency. This observation
clarifies that human rights and human freedom is the natural and inherent of all
the human beings. Governments are thus obliged to observe the same. For the
realization of this fact and safeguarding human rights at the global level,
organizations were established which include the human rights European Tribunal
in Strasburg and the suggestion for establishing the Islamic Human Rights
Tribunal in 1990. The presentation attempts to present common religious,
ethical, and spiritual factor of different civilization and religious, with a
special emphasis on the common factors of Islamic rights and World Human Rights.

the Islamic Conference Organization. The heading of the second question
demonstrates that Islam possesses a genuine, conviction regarding universal
human rights. This includes the rights of life, rights of religious freedom, the
principle of human dignity, the right to education the principle of responsible
freedom and the rule of equality. However, in different countries of the world,
these principles were not various cultural and reasons.
