All major news organizations, as well as thousands of personal web logs and individual web sites, offer article summaries and headlines in the form of RSS feeds. Below is a sample of what an RSS feed from one section of the New York Times looks like in Safari.You can drag the "Article Length" slider (shown below, on the right) to display more or less of an article, and use the categories to organize the information.[View full size image]At any time you can add more feeds to Safari, delete ones you don't want to view, search through feeds for particular information, and even bookmark searches to which you want to return.You can separate the various feeds into your own folders so with the click of a button you can view all the headlines from each particular area of your life.
