This $200 payment in the checking account register uses a transfer category for the destination of the transfer (the credit card account), which you can recognize because it is surrounded by square brackets ([]).

The automatic entry made in the credit card account shows the payment. The category field in the credit card account shows the transfer category for the account the payment came from, in this case the checking account.
