Track Your Mortgage

Quicken automatically calculates the payment schedule for the mortgage, detailing the date, payment number, principal amount, interest amount, and running balance until the end of the loan.

To view the payment schedule on Windows, choose Property & Debt > Loans to open the View Loans window. If you have more than one loan, choose the one you want with the Choose Loan menu at the top of the window. Then click the Payment Schedule tab.

On the Mac, choose Lists > Loans to open the Loans window. Click to select the loan you want to view, and then click the Payment Schedule button. The payment schedule window appears.
