Deleting a Track in the Timeline
Fortunately, GarageBand makes it really easy to change your mindall you have to do is delete the track. It's not like the real world, where you have to tell the poor musician with the cowbell to sit this one out.Once you've decided to delete a track, the process is incredibly simple. After you select the track, there are two ways to delete it from the Timeline:Choose Track > Delete Track.Press Cmd-Delete (Command plus the Delete key).
Let's try it.

| 2. | Choose Track > Delete Track. |
That's itthe cowbell is gone. The song still needs one more thinga better wind chime sound at the end. The wind chime that I recorded originally is OK, but why settle for OK when you have GarageBand to help you make it great?
