Selecting Printer Styles
When printing, selecting a printer style is as simple as choosing it from the Printer Style popup menu at the top of the Print dialog box or from the Printer Style submenu (under the File menu). If you want to print your entire document with one of your printer styles, hold down the Shift key while selecting the style from the Printer Style submenuthis bypasses the Print dialog box entirely!
