Total Access Statistics
As you accumulate more and more data in Access, you'll find a greater need to analyze it. Access queries perform some basic analysis, but if you need to generate statistical results such as percentiles, regressions, t-tests, frequency distributions, and so on, you're stuck.Rather than exporting your data to another program, try Total Access Statistics from FMS to perform a wide range of data analysis right inside Access. The product includes a Statistics Wizard to perform parametric, group, and nonparametric analysis and more. The results are placed in Access tables that you can integrate into your forms and reports. It even includes a royalty-free runtime distribution license so that you can distribute the analysis with your database.Figure 31.16 shows the Total Access Statistics Main Menu. This is where you select the type of analysis you want to perform. After you click New, a wizard launches. The wizard walks you through all the steps required to perform the selected analysis.
