Total Access Speller
Access lets you use the Office spell checker to spell-check the data in your tables. Unfortunately, this does not help you avoid typos on the designs of your forms and reports. To avoid these embarrassing typos, which cause your users to question your attention to detail, get Total Access Speller from FMS.Total Access Speller runs as an Access add-in to spell check what your users see on your forms and reports. You can easily spell-check all your labels, captions, status bar text, validation text, and other properties, or you can spell-check one object or all your forms and reports. As part of your quality assurance check, before you give your users your Access application, I recommend you always run it through Total Access Speller (and Total Access Analyzer). The Total Access Speller appears in Figure 31.22.
