The Details Drawer
To open the Details drawer, select a file or folder in the backup list, then click the Info button (shown on the right). Or you can double-click an item in the Backup list. The Details drawer slides open to show information about your selection. If you selected a folder, the drawer shows the contents of the folder and any subfolders that may be present. If you selected a QuickPick item (one with an icon that looks like a little package), the drawer shows the contents of the QuickPick package.The Info button.
Exclude items from a backup
To exclude an item in the backup list from being backed up, uncheck its checkbox.When a folder's checkbox contains a minus sign, it indicates that one or more items within that folder are not selected (checkmarked) and will not be included in the backup.
To exclude an item from being backed up that is within a folder:- Select a folder in the "Items" column, as shown below.
- Click the Info button to open the Details drawer.
- The Details drawer shows a list of the items in the selected folder.Uncheck the items you don't want to include in the backup.
