Using Windows Explorer Toolbars
Windows Explorer has three toolbars that you can display in any combination (Figure 5.7):

Tips
To hide the menu bar and all toolbars (except Standard Buttons) and view Explorer full-screen, press F11. Press F11 again to restore toolbars.To remove the redundant Go button from the Address bar, right-click the Go button; then uncheck Go Button. (But don't hurry to do this; the Go button sometimes works better than the Refresh button, even though both controls nominally do the same thing.)You can rearrange or resize the toolbars and, after you have them looking the way you want, lock them in place.To move or resize a toolbar: Drag the vertical dimpled handle on the toolbar's left edge.Tips
To put a toolbar on its own line, drag it up or down.To swap the positions of two toolbars on the same line, drag one of them down; then drag it up to the other side of the second toolbar.You can move the menu bar.If a toolbar is too long to fit in the window, a >> button appears on the toolbar's right edge. Click the button to display the buttons that don't fit.You can't float a toolbar midwindow or dock it against another edge.If you can't move or resize the toolbars, unlock them.To lock or unlock the toolbars: Choose View > Toolbars > Lock the Toolbars.or Right-click any displayed toolbar; then choose Lock the Toolbars.Tip
The dimpled handle on a toolbar's left edge turns solid when the toolbar is locked.To customize the Standard Buttons toolbar: 1. Choose View > Toolbars > Customize (Figure 5.8).
