Disabling Toolbars
There may be times, especially in multiuser settings, when you do not want users to have access to the formatting toolbars. With a single script step, you can control whether the toolbars will be available.
To disable toolbars
1 .Choose Scripts > ScriptMaker (Control+Shift+S/Command+Shift+S).2 .When the Define Scripts dialog box appears, click New. In the Edit Script dialog box, type Disable Toolbars as the script name.3 .In the Miscellaneous section of the step list, double-click Allow Toolbars.4 .Leave the option set to Off (Figure 9.63). Click OK twice.
