Changing Password Access
If more than one user relies on a particular password, any user who changes it leaves the others up the proverbial creek. You can now limit a user's ability to change passwords.
To prevent users from changing passwords
1 .Choose File > Define > Accounts & Passwords.2 .Click the Privilege Sets tab, then double-click the Privilege Set you want to change.3 .The Edit Privilege Set dialog box appears. Make sure that the "Allow user to modify their own password" box is NOT checked (Figure 16.34).
