Printing Instructions Before InDesign packages the files, it displays the Printing Instructions dialog box, in which you can enter contact information and any special printing instructions. This information gets added to the automatically-generated report, which also includes information about your document (graphics and fonts used, and so on). Since the report (called "Instructions") is stored in the same folder as the packaged document, it can provide valuable information for your output provider if you (and they) choose to use it. After entering the printing instructions, click Continue.
