Deleting Objects
InDesign matches QuarkXPress's two methods of deleting page objects: the Clear command (from the Edit menu, or press Delete) and the Cut command. We're sad to report that InDesign does not sport a little martian that comes out to delete things. If you really love that little XPress "Easter egg," you'll have to use XPress.
