Using Adobe Online
While you can visit the Adobe web site for information, the Downloadables feature in the Help menu tells InDesign to check for product updates. If you wish to download any updates, select the update and click the Download button. Oddly enough, some updates will display as a warning dialog the next time you restart the software, rather than allowing you to download immediately.
